All of us at AccelSearch have worked many years in various types of recruiting and search companies, including the biggest global retained firms, national boutique firms, onsite at companies, universities, venture partnerships…the works.
Our passion is to increase the efficiency and quality of executive placement – to help every company, search firm, and candidate find the right match as quickly as possible to drive the economy in Silicon Valley.
To pursue our vision, we needed to roll our own approach. To us, relationships are long term, and we are here to help, whether today you’re a client or candidate. It’s as simple as that.
