Performance:  Our 20-year successful track record in executive search is a result of outstanding search execution and straight forward communication.  Our search fees are half the cost of traditional retained search firms, and payment terms reflect our confidence: fees are paid 50% upon assignment, 50% upon successful hire, and we guarantee placements for a full year.
